So, Today we have another proficient artist from Lancashire, England. Zoey Callandria Marguerita Jones also known as Zoey Jones has been making a name for herself within the genres of lounge, chill out and deep house. Often being compared to the likes of Clara Hill, Rosin Murphy, Lisa Shaw, Sade and with a music vibe similar to Miguel Gigs, Kings Of Tomorrow, Naked Music and Blue Six etc.
Zoey's most popular stream on Spotify to date is her Bossa Nova cover of Rui da Silvas song “Touch Me”. Her version of the song has reached over half a million streams and has been licensed to Café Del Mars album “Vol 26” and multiple Spotify playlists.Zoey's music has been recognized by many fantastic Spotify playlist curators, INC Tensnake, FTV and Café Del Mar, Hedkandi to name a few.
Her performances in song and also DJing have covered many corners of the globe and have landed her gigs at some of the most glamorous of clubs and events INC MTV, FTV, Rock In Rio, Armani Prive, Selfridges, Art Basel, Dead Rabbit, WWA Wake Boarding Championships, Zuma, Formula 1, Singapore Jazz Festival, Singapore Yacht Show, Chanel, Hermes, MaxMara, and many more.
Recently we had a submission on Groovers by Zoey Jones. The track name is “Be With Me” which is release via her own record label Love Struck Records. Be With me, is a smooth, hypnotic, Chill Lounge/ Balearic, Deep house track. Produced by Zoey herself, she incorporates many smooth pads and sustained chords to catch that dreamy, mystical vibes, that seems to be her signature mark, layered harmonies and Sade like vocals, alongside her cool beats, This new track, will again easily transport you to a tropical island looking out onto a stunning Seaview and brings a magic from her story of living in Bali to the song. With the introduction of the track, being the traditional Balinese Hand pan. That, alongside her hypnotic vocals creates a stunning intro to the song.

So we had a chance to have an interview with her, so here it all goes!
— How did came up with this album, and what was the thought process for it?
She replied- “The single Be With Me is a release I have been working on for a while… And it’s the first release to my next album which should be released begin of autumn. It's a Song of lust and the magical moments of the beginning of a new relationship, longing that the feelings will last on, and the partner will stay”
And that handwork reflects in the song as well!
So, the next question was,
— What first got you into music?
She replied- “Performing was always my life but in my early years, I always wanted to be a Dancer… it soon became clear at around the age of 19 that my direction was to be in music and to become a singer, producer, and recording artist. That has been my journey since”
Like one said “Sometimes the dreams that come true are the dreams you never even knew you had.”.

— Which artist inspires you the most and why?
She replied- “I’ve always been very inspired by the chilled, jazzy, deep house vibes of electronic music and the sultry tons and vibes odf modern day RNB/soul. To list a few I love… Blue Six, Aya, Gaelle, Disclosure, kaytranada, Eliza etc”

— Any final words for our reader and people listening to your music?
She replied- “I make my music from my heart. It's based on deep feelings, moments and love as art usually is :)… but the aim is to share my work, to inspire and comfort others. I'd like to thank all who follow my work, share and stream, it means a lot to see how much people enjoy it and how I can somehow help people feel good through my music, when times can be tough sometimes…thank you all and don't forget to look out for new releases and upcoming album and don't forget to follow my socials!”
